Are you interested in melding the tiny home (say, under 300/400 square feet) and co-housing movements into one project? Living in an affordable tiny home would be all the more manageable if there was a large, beautiful common house with facilities that would not be available in our little homes. (And of course with spectacular gardens and trees all around!)
Also, I just went to an orientation meeting (held once a month) for the co-housing group at Sonoma Mt. Village in Rohnert Park. The sustainability director explained what is in store -- it will be the largest, most green EcoVillage in the country, if not the world It was very exciting. Anyhow, there is a possibly of creating a tiny-home co-housing community as part of this larger development. If you might be interested in attending a meeting, please contact me at [email protected]
