    sweet cat needs a home

    Isabel, a very sweet cat, desperately needs a new home. She was abandoned. The homeowner where she was dropped won't let her inside even in the heaviest rain, or coldest nights. She has very inadequate shelter outside.

    Now he chases her away and won't let us feed her. Please help Isabel. Call Rachel at 707-865-2800 or 805-275-9431 on her cell. Picture enclosed.
