In the Andean Tradition, the Autumnal Equinox is a portal or a gateway to the higher realms. Join Patricia Everitt on Sunday September 23rd for a magical sound journey ushering in these powerful energies.

Dr. Mitchell Gaynor, former director of Medical Oncology and Integrative Medicine at Cornell Cancer Prevention Center in New York, said If we accept that sound is vibration and we know that vibration touches every part of our physical being, then we understand that sound is heard not only through the ears, but through every cell of our bodies. One reason sound heals on a physical level is because it so deeply touches and transforms us on the emotional and spiritual planes.

Patricia will lead a meditation and sound journey using light, sacred geometry, and the sonic vibrations of a 38" Paiste Sun gong, Koshi chimes, bells, drums, Idiopan, rattles, rain stick, and voice. This is a deeply relaxing experience, that can assist in awakening the universal wisdom within.

Bring a mat or something for comfort for lying on floor, pillow, blanket, eye cover, and water in a closed container. Wear comfortable clothing. You may want to bring a crystal or sacred piece to charge in the energies.
