    About the Position:
    Aquabella is searching for an experienced, reliable and versatile Executive Assistant. The EA will have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO of a cutting edge agro-startup in a role that includes diverse operational, executive, and management responsibilities. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload, prioritizing tasks, and being flexible in a fast-paced startup environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast growing startup working to change the way the world farms.


    Office Management:

    • Coordinate executive communications
      • Compose and edit emails from dictation with CEO
      • Respond to emails
      • Take calls
      • Interface with clients
    • Schedule meetings and appointments as well as travel itineraries
    • Maintain an organized filing system of both paper and electronic documents

    Business Operations:
    Procurement of raw materials for production

    • Process orders through Amazon, USPS, FedEx and others
    • Prepare and ship orders
    • Pick products up from the post office and deliver to warehouse and run other errands

    Special Projects:

    • Enthusiastically tackle research projects
    • Assist in product launch

    People Operations:

    • Provide stellar customer service
    • Support a growing sales team
    • Sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele

    Desired Qualities:

    • Highly organized
    • Self-starter
    • Autonomous
    • Excellent communicator
    • Ability to “wear many hats” and multi-task
    • Experience with government licensing
    • Passionate about great work
    • Passionate about agriculture
    • 2+ years of experience in a similar role

    Required Skills:

    • Fluent in English
    • Outstanding grammar and writing skills
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with new software
    • Driver’s license


    • Proficient in Spanish

    Hours and Pay:

    • 30 hours a week part time with ability to become full time as company grows
    • Competitive salary based on experience
