Wanted wooden boxes for Tubbs Fire victims

Cat Kaufman, a local artist in Santa Rosa, is providing a free workshop March 10 for 23 individuals affected by the TUBBS Fire. They are bringing remnants of burnt objects and she will help them assemble into a work of art, an altar, etc. She is in need of wooden boxes, cigar boxes, etc. of any size as she doesn't know what people will be bringing. If you have anything along this line that you can donate, please contact me before March 10 for pickup.

The workshop takes place at Chroma Art Gallery on A Street in Santa Rosa. The workshop is full due to limited capacity. If you wish to contact the artist directly, she can be reached at [email protected].
