Hole in the Wall suffered a 20 hour power outage in January, they lost over $15,000 in food. Insurance covered less than $3,000.
Starbucks is moving to McDonalds (Spencer Fish) site. Subway is closing. Hang Line customers are filling the parking lot across the street.
Customers coming to the two restaurants and Starbucks, Saturday and Sunday mornings and weekday and weekend evening find the parking lot full.
If you want to eat Adam's great food, that's affordable get there this month.
If you wait it will be Closed.
Very sad, but true gentrification, a six month injury and nature have forced a wonderful local businesses, out of business.

I am confused. Why would insurance only cover 20% of their loss? Also, why are Starbucks and Subway moving across the street? More backstory, please.
I will miss Hole in the Wall...but the nature of restaurants is cyclical. I have faith that Adam will rise again.
