    IBD treatment success? Recommend Practioner?

    I'm posting this for two friends who have serious IBD symptoms. One has been diagnosed with Crohns, and is on several medications that aren't helping.

    I'm doing some research, but wanted to see if any community members have experience in successfully treating symptoms, and might recommend a way to get the system back in balance.

    Both people are low income, but I might be able to get some financial help for them to see a recommended practitioner.
