    Repeal the Patriot Act

    Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) and Rep. Mark Pocan (D-Wisc.) have introduced the Surveillance State Repeal Act (H.R.1466). This bill would end the mass surveillance of U.S. citizens under the PATRIOT Act and the FISA Amendments Act, restoring instead the use of the Fourth Amendment's requirement of a warrant for any search.
