Greetings!

I am a disabled, lodger, about to be unfairly evicted!

Other violations are present as well; I am powerless to take this battle on alone - please help!

You could try calling Adult Protective Services and or Legal Aid.
Document every thing! Who, What, When....etc.

We're all disabled one way or another if not for anymore than not having grown up in a tribe, but if your able to post here your able to educate yourself. Here is a basic diagram of the eviction process. do some other searches on how to respond to an unlawful detainer which is the legal step required by the landlord in order to evict you after the eviction period in the notice has passed. You have five days after you are served formally with an illegal detainer to respond to the courts, if they go that far,

When it goes to court it will be a month or more you can be there where you live depending on how well you treat your ignorance in this matter.

Even still you can ask the judge to delay your eviction

To respond its just a form you fill out but you only have five days to do it, you can claim hardship and have filing fees waved. and after that, you go before the judge and you can request a jury trial somewhere along the line. but you have to do it formally you can find out by searching. This is just recent hard won knowledge.
