Long haired Tuxedo cat SEEN in Valley Village Mobile Home Pk, Rohnet Pk. Yours?

I've seen this large long haired tuxedo cat the past few days around Apple Ln and Cottonwood in the park.

Very scared, matted, dirty, and looking lost. I can't get a picture because he/she runs away. I've been putting food and water out, in hopes of luring the cat and gaining some trust. But so far, the food is gone, and I only see glimpses of the cat. Looks similar to the lost cat, Figgy, but the markings are different.

If you know anyone in this area with a lost tuxedo cat, have them come to the park. Evenings might be best, but I usually see the cat during the day, but then I'm not out at night.
