Other uses for Hydro clay pellets?

The previous owner of our house dumped these hydroponic clay pellets in a corner of the yard:

I'm estimating around 500 gallons worth or more, based on what I have already shoveled into bags. Does anyone know of alternative uses for this stuff? Landscaping, use in french drains,...? I would rather not have to junk it (and it's heavy in bulk). If anyone has ideas (or thinks they could clean it up enough to be useful for their own purposes...), please advise!
    Thanks in advance,
    Jason

These are used for drainage in pots. A gardener (indoor or outdoor) will find these useful.

I would post on CraigsList under "Garden". There are some EBay listings, and one is for used pellets at
$25 for 50lbs, plus shipping. So, you may be able to make a little cash on the sale.

You could also list on EBay classifieds, and specify pick up only.

Or even on WaccoBB in the "Sale section".

    Good luck...
