I highly recommend Hollingsworth Jewelers at 5 Petaluma Blvd. North, corner of "B" Street, in Petaluma (a few doors down from Mystic Theatre). Michael and Tamara are lovely, knowledgeable, and very fair ~ he once replaced the clasp on a silver necklace for me and threaded a pendant onto the chain from another necklace, all for less than $10!

If you go, please say I referred you. Their number is:

707-763-6053

Blessings,
Amara

You can do the repair yourself use a nail file, an old fashion metal one if you have one.
An emery board will work, but you may go through three or more.
Start with the course-side and file for short periods and check each time to see if it smooth. At the very end use the fine side to finish off.

The same process with an emery board will smooth the rough edges on pottery, little ships on glass and crystal. And any size chips on china and stoneware.

Just be patient and use a light hand. You can always do more filing.
