This practice helps you feel more peaceful, open-hearted and serene. It will also increase balance, flexibility and strength; improve body-alignment, circulation and mobility; and will ultimately leave you with an improved overall sense of well-being.
This style, known as Viniyoga is a functional approach to classical yoga which considers individual needs and conditions of the practitioner and encourages the adaption of poses accordingly, to yield transformation, healing and steady growth.
